Our Executive Consultants work closely with you to help you take the next step in your career. As your Agent it is important to understand where you want to go. We are not in the business of submitting resumes. We are in the business of finding perfect matches. This takes time and work, from other of us.
Below is an outline of our PerfectMatch process:
- Profile Form. We ask all professionals to complete our comprehensive profile form. Doing so accomplishes two things. First, it allows you to structure your thinking more clearly about your career move. Second, it saves you time and keeps us both on the same page while working together.
- Confidential Interview. Your Executive Consultant will want to be sure they understand the kind of position that will be challenging and exciting for you. This interview could last just a few minutes or it could last as much as an hour. We want to accurately represent you to our clients and contacts in the managed care marketplace.
- Preliminary Reference Checks. To speed the process and to assist our clients will make brief, confidential, preliminary telephone reference checks on your behalf.
- Questionnaire. If it appears that one of our clients has an active, open opportunity that meets your criteria, we may ask you to complete a job specific questionnaire.
- Introductions. Once we have an accurate picture of your career goal we will either discuss a specific opportunity with you or will be confidentially and discretely introduce your profile to our clients and contacts. If we approach one of our contacts about your availability it will be without divulging your name or company. Only if the client is interested in speaking with you will we contact you for permission to release your name. We maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process.
- Interview Preparation. Once an interview is schedule with our client we will help you prepare in every way for the meeting.
- Feedback. After your interview we will want to hear from you. We will also share any relevant feedback from our client with you.
- Negotiating. Negotiating an offer from a potential employer is not most people’s core skill. We take our direction from you and will represent you in the negotiation process.
- Job Transition. After you have accepted the offer we are still working closely with you to help you prepare for your resignation, any relocation, and other issues to ease your transition into your new career.
